LEGAL AGREEMENT, SHIPPING, and TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: Full payment is required before shipping your order. We accept cash, checks, PayPal, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa). If an order is not paid for it will not get pulled, packed, and shipped. We offer a convienent web shopping cart to make shopping and payments easy for our customers.

SHIPPING TIME: Typical order processing takes 1 to 2 days depending on which day the order is placed. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping delays can occur at times when we are restocking a design(s), but we do our best to keep plenty of items on hand.

HOLIDAYS: Reel Elusive Outfitters closes for the following holidays. This means no order processing occurs on the following days:

* New Year’s Day
* President's Day
* Memorial Day
* Independence Day
* Labor Day
* Thanksgiving Day
* the day after Thanksgiving Day
* Christmas Day
* the day after Christmas

Orders placed after December 18 through December 24 may be delayed due to holiday mail loads.

OUT OF STOCKS: It is unfortunate, but sometimes we will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the shipping time. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to process and ship your order on time.

MISTAKES: In the event that we make a mistake processing your order and determine that it was our fault, then we will shipping the correct item to you at no additional cost.

PACKAGING: All items will be bulk packaged.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: We encourage you to check the quantities and items you receive from us immediately. Reel Elusive Outfitters will not be held accountable for problems with your order unless you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION: In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will have to wait until the items arrive before we can issue an RMA. Once the items are received by us, we will issue a refund, minus a 15% restocking if the items actually were shipped.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be given if customer contacts us prior to any orders being shipped.
